I don't think this is a safe site.
For one thing, it submits with the captcha being completely wrong. You can make it up and it still submits. I googled it and it bought up a warning about it being a phishing site:

ps, i've reported the post to be removed cuz i'm sure the sites dodgy after googling it, found loads more sites saying it's a scam. You will receive an email saying you have to complete silver, gold offers etc to get it.0 -
