1. The free prize draw is open to residents of UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of iconicchic.com, any person directly or indirectly involved in the running of the Competition or their direct family members.
2. All entries into the iconicchic.com Competition to win £2000 of accessories must be received by 12pm on 30th November 2008.
3. The two winners of the Competition will be the first two entries randomly drawn after the closing date from all the entries received.
4. The two winners will be notified by email within 3 days from the Competition closing date from the personal information provided to iconicchic.com. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted within the period set out above, iconicchic.com reserves the right to choose another winner at random.
5. The prize must be claimed within 7 days of email notification from iconicchic.com. Failure to claim the prize within this time frame may result in the selection of an alternative winner
6. The two winners will each be invited to select products which are displayed on iconicchic.com to a combined value of a maximum of £2,000 ( including shipping costs). Selection of products is subject to availability from our retail partners and only products which are featured on the site can be selected.
7. Each of the two prizes are as stated, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
8. A limit of only one entry per valid e-mail address/person will be accepted.
9. On referring a friend, they will be sent an invitation to view iconicchic.com and they will be they will be invited to sign up for our newletter. Anyone can unsubscribe at any time ( click on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the newsletter).
10 .By providing your email address you will receive our newsletter. Anyone can unsubscribe at any time ( click on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the newsletter).
11. By entering the Competition you warrant that all the information submitted by you is true, current and complete.
12. There is no purchase requirement to enter the Competition and there is no charge to register for use of the iconicchic.com website. All entries to the Competition must include a valid email address and full name.
13. Iconicchic.com cannot accept responsibility for any entries lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or undelivered. Iconicchic.com is not responsible for any technical errors in internet access or otherwise preventing entry to the Competition.
14. Iconicchic.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online system, software failure and traffic congestion on the network as a result in participation in the Competition.
15. Iconicchic.com reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Competition Terms.
16. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
17. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering a competition
18 .The Competition and the term and conditions of this agreement will be governed by the laws of England and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising from this dispute.
