  • I have been looking at joining a gym recently as I really do need to clear some of the extra pounds i have gained over the past two years since i started my office job.

After checking them all the cheapest i could find was £30.00pm which when i looked through my outgoings and my total debt i realised that i couldn't afford it so i decided to see what equipment i could get for home for the equivalent of one month's membership.

So far i have got a 15kg dumbell set and a skipping rope for all for under £23.00, along with some single steps i have built out of the wood in the garage (other half wouldn't let me hammer the bottom stair in the house) and the free treadmill that is the pavement i think i have saved quite a few quid.

Does anybody else have any cheap cheap ideas for fitness and workout at home?

    Cheers
