The BBC have reported HBOS has passed on the rate cut in full...

From what I can see it looks like they have passed on the full 1.5% with effect from 1st December. Same with RBS / Natwest and Nationwide.
Withe the LIBOR down looks like we should see some better fixed rates in the coming months0 -
