Old National insurance bill

I have an outstanding National Insurance Contribution bill from a couple of years ago from when I was self employed, its £96.00 do I put it as a creditor.:confused:

    NOT paying NI contributions can cause all manner of difficulty in claiming benefits/pensions etc. It may be better to try to pay it off slowly.

    But I believe that you can include the debt if you wanted to.
