    She really does!!!
I was there on saturday afternoon and kept having to run and hide from her.
Still managed to get my NO.7 and GWP for free. Finally got one past her:D .
Plus I managed to break the ss till. Her face was a picture, after I used ss for the third time with her, she said thankyou when she realised I was going:rotfl:
There is a young lad, who is on quite late in the day, who is more interested in chatting everyone up, then watching what you are doing and he will void anything.

    Which one is the dragon?
If it's the person I'm thinking of, she has good reason, someone has 'made ' their own coupons for £9 off Huggies and been putting through hundreds of pounds worth of perfume at the SS tills. Major issue and quite possibly full on fraud or theft. She was one of the ones who caught them.
There was a young woman on Sat when I went who got bored watching me (I had a lot of till spits to use) so when she moved to help someone else I whipped two (TS and pink) through and a couple of items.
The fella who often works on the tills is very helpful and a young woman on the No7 is too.
There's also a chap who works in The Moor store who will takes TS and glossy at once ;)

Obsessing about remortgaging and interest rates all day, every day:)

I can't believe no one has tried this yet.

    I was thinking:
    wipes 2.99
    eye dazzle 3.99
    gwp

    - free eye dazzle leaves £2.99 to pay so would need another £2.01 to get a bluey
Have not been on here for a week or so due to broken laptop. Just noticed that the new vouchers are being called blueys !! Just wrote a bluey, which is what forces air letters are called, to my boyfriend in Iraq. Made me laugh reading that :T
  • Also you can get an extra 1000 points when you buy 3 products (1 has to be skincare) from Clinique, Clarins, Lancome, Estee Lauder, Elizabeth Arden, Dior, YSL, Origins*, Biotherm* and Fashion Fair* (please note the ones with the * are only available in certain stores) HTH

I have 2 brand new Sanctuary Body Butters bought ages ago when the 342 isn't on. Is there any way I can take them back to Boots for an exchange? The one I have started to use makes my skin all blotchy. I have no receipt and there is now 342 on bathing so anyone got any idea what they would say?

I would take them back and explain you had a reaction. Don't even ask about or mention that it is now 342. If *they* mention it, point out that it wasn't 342 when you bought it. It shouldn't be a problem.

But remember, this is all SA dependent. Some don't know the rules, and it's always easier to say "no" to a customer than to take the time to figure out the right answer, it all depends on that SA's attitude toward customer service. I would politely argue my case as this stuff caused a reaction and they are supposed to take it back in that instance, and ask for a manager if need be, but I wouldn't argue too forcefully or long at a store you frequent, as you may feel embarrassed or "watched" when you return. You can always say thanks anyway and try a different store. An SA refused to take back an unused body scrub at one store (I had the receipt even), so I just said thank you anyway and returned it at a different store with no problem.

Please would you consider editing your post about the SA.
She seems to be known to a lot of posters on the thread, if Mr B is taking legal action against a fraudster then it could compromise her safety if anyone reading works out that she is a witness IYSWIM.

Your evening Primrose Oil sounds like a value pack (the large size that is in the bottle looking packaging rather than the small tubs, in which case they are not included in the 342 on vitamins, thats why it didn't go through the till. hth
