My xmas gifts are not going in as 3- 4- 2 on dot com

Haven't been on here for a while.....Hi to all who know me!

I've just logged on to check my points balance after ordering online on the weekend and everything is zero. Was hoping to see almost £20 worth...has this happened to anyone else today?

Which magazine is the free eyedazzle voucher in please? I looked at the Best magazine for November and it did not have Fern Britton on the front. Is it this one or another? tia

hi i got these in the summer. I found them comfy enough and nice looking, but im afraid my legs still look the same, defo not like Elle Mcphersons anyway ( i may have had my expectations set a little hi )
Maybe I should dig them out and start wearing them in the house. Personally I dont think they are worth £36 i was just having a bad day when I bought them lol

Nope - totally normal order - the only thing is I got 1000 pts for premium beauty, 600 for spending over £50 and it accepted a 500 for spending over £50 as well

Have now decided to leave it and get the items at the next shopping event as I have another extra 500 points voucher!

Just checked mine and they seem to be working have you tried logging out deleting your boots cookies then logging back in ? that sometimes helps with me?

Ruby and Millie Sets -
I have 3 for presents (including bday presents next year) - but have just found out there are vouchers inside, which I obviously don't want to give with bday presents as people will realise I bought the sets at xmas (not that it should matter but some people can be funny!)

Now, the cardboard is quite hard to get off the sets without damaging, but I somehow need to siphon off the voucher - anyone managed it without damaging the cardboard wrapper? or any ideas on how best to get the voucher out??
