Did keep an eye out for the greatly reduced botanics products but nothing there not even a space on the shelves so I presume that store just doesn't do them (and it's a big one). There were other products but only reduced by a pound or so. For those who have got the facial pamper kit.....did you find it with the rest of the facial botanics products or were they separate? TIA.
With the botanics facial stuff, with the other reduced items right down near the floor, 2 stores had none, the other a full shelf. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to boots stocking policy

Read Rose's comments earlier about Mimi's 9 S& G sets with interest. And the B|tch-slapping that followed!

I've previously criticised folks who grab everything on boots.com meaning no-one else gets a look-in, but 9 is in no way an excessive amount. Only the other day, my mom asked me to keep a look-out for 12 xmas presents for female friends. In the run-up to xmas, this really isn't excessive.

Sorry to see Rose then labelled a troll though.

And hopefully Mimi will return soon, no-one else calls me flower on this thread... ;)

Also free Ruby & Millie brush wyb 2 Ruby & Millie eye colours works on the mascara brush at £3.50. Its also on 342 so 4 mascara brushes for £7.00. Why do I spot this now after all the pinkies have gone? sob sob lol xx
Did you notice that various Rubie and Millie eye brushes, that were £4.50-£5 (not sure about .com but definitely instore), now priced at least £6? Make-up sponges was £4.50 now £6 too - i remember buying some brushes with previous pinky, and prices went high just after newer pinky appeared :( Seems that Boots wants to cut freebies :o The same with bluey -do you remember days when Time delay wipes were £4?

I bought an epilator once...I swore it both looked and felt like an instrument of extreme torture...Mr BTVB swore it both looked and sounded like a combine harvester...
As for me it's not a torture at all, but you must keep hair quite short to avoid the pain. Best of all to shave few days before epilating if the hair is longer than 5mm.
I just visited my mummy on holiday and forgot my epilator there, didn't want to buy a new one so tried shaving (not painful but it's killing me to do this everyday and the skin is still not smooth), depilating creme (takes quite long to work and may leave some hair to shave afterall - and I hate the smell of these cremes!), waxing (soooooo painful, and maybe I need more practice as couldn't remove all wax afterall ). So I just popped into Boots and bought new epilator - less painful, more effective and greener way - you don't need to buy any refills etc etc and can succesfully use it for years ;)

I don't know for certain if it works, but typically the 5 quid mailing voucher for electrical items recognizes the price before the item was discounted. So it should work, but there are no guarantees. If you only want the hairdryer if you can get the 5 quid off, then if the voucher doesn't work you can always tell the SA you don't want it. If you are trying to hit 50 quid for the bonus points on a shopping evening, remember that you have to spend 50 *after* boots vouchers have been deducted. hth

When there was the glossy voucher for £5 off when you spend £30 - is this the same one? - it didn't recognise it for me when I bought a half price hairdryer at £25 from £50 AND added some toothbrush heads to make it £30. The SA s were realy nice and tried but concluded that becasue there was already an offer on it wouldn't work - I would say try it but it may not work!
Back to comping! July wins: Frylight August wins: Pixar DVD, Diesel Watch,£75 hamper brioche products September wins bath soak

Thanks to everyone who posts comps and help

Sorry to quote myself but I meant to say this is on .com. Not sure if it would work instore or not.
Unfortunately I didn't come on this thread until the latest pinkies came about, so missed all the time delay etc. Wish I had though reading about all the bargains!

Just got in and haven't caught up yet so don't know if this has been posted yet:

Wilkinson Sword Quattro razor online glitch DOES work instore: half price at 3.99 and also on 3 for 2, so actually works out 3 for the price of 1 :j :j :j
    (well half of one really)
Accidently included in the xmas mix and match by the looks of it :T

    It's this one
    http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10052&productId=54712&callingViewName=&langId=-1&catalogId=11051

(don't know whether to post in red or magic ;) :rotfl: )

Edit: It only comes with one blade, but still a nice addition to a men's gift hamper :)

    Thanks for clarifying Skittifer

Hmmm. i feel really annoyed though as I specifically asked instore if these were on 342 and was told they were just £3.99 each and no further offer so would work out over £12 for 3 and I was also told that the mens No7 was not on 342 either, this was on 2 different occasions in the same store with different SA's:confused:
This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.

    Morning everyone!

I hadn't planned on going down the route of hampers/baskets but I have so many bits and bobs I'd like to give as xmas prezzies that I think this will be the best option now!

And these razors seem worth a punt for 798 points!!

    :D
"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being".
"Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that".
"True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".

:hello: Hi tenmah and berryheaven! Nice to see some other Essex girls on here! Bishop's Stortford had some S & G minis in store earlier today if this helps? ACM fully working too but no clearance to be found. No S & G minis in Chelmer Village last night - don't know about Chelmsford town tho. Perhaps someone else can help? ;)

I looked yesterday in Chelmsford town and there were none left, they ran out before the GWP offer ended.
