Just a word of warning in the terms and conditions on the back it says 'only 1 claim per household' so make sure you can use someone else's address for the second claim.consumers_revenge wrote: »ok someone has probably thought of this one.
if your shopping bill is roughly £100 a week ( like ours ) then take 2 trolleys into the supermarket and split the trolleys to get roughly £50 each. Now if your lucky enough to be a couple then put a trolley through each on your credit card.
after 4 weeks youve BOTH got a £160 EACH of receipts and you can both claim the £20 freebie so £40 total off your shopping. That should help :beer:0 -
got to say even if i do work for them, this is turning out to be a marketing masterstroke by morrisons, our store is nearly £100k, up on last week, and we still have tomorrow to go, if most stores are like this, then they must be raking it in, all i can say is roll on april and bonus time, :j , DaveTake every day as it comes!!0

Very clever way to get you to spend £200+ with them keeping your custom too, over the weeks to Christmas. ( and for you to see the different weekly offers to get you to spend even more). Strong will-power needed or the discount will be less than 10% poss.
The 100k could also be because of the buy one get 2 free offers on Pringles and 7up/Pepsi. too.
We normally spend around £35 a week so they have got more money from us in a somewhat painless way and retained our custom. Might buy some shares.;)ac's lovechild0 -

that would be an awful lot of bottles of pepsi, and tubes of pringles to make up £100k, :rotfl: :rotfl: , Dave
EDIT:
if we split it down the middle that would be:
376884 tubes of pringles
517241 bottles of pepsi

Sorry to bump this but have hit a snag this week.
We shopped on Monday 1st which should be the beginning of week 4 and the receipt says week 3. Anyone else experienced this or have a solution? No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -

Well spotted Gemmzie...just checked my week 4 receipt and it says week 3 too:eek:.
I shopped on the 1st too. But have looked on the card and it says week 4 is the 1st to the 7th, so they should honour it
I hope!!!! 0 -

Just phoned local store and it's because of the VAT changes, it confused the system, they are aware and the week will still count.
