Sunrise Alarm Clocks

Hi Moneysavers,

I'm looking for an alarm clock or clock radio that includes an automatic light that will come on at a set time.

I've found this website but they seem really expensive.

Does anyone know of any alternatives ? I've had a search on google without any luck.

I got a sunrise alarm clock from them a few years ago and would not be without it (even though it was £100) it's worth its weight in gold to me!

It developed a fault last year before Xmas and I managed with it until spring, (can't be without it now!) fortunately I work near them and could take it in personally for repair which was made it very quick, so I can highly recommend their helpfullness & service.

I seem to recall that you can organise trying them out from this company I think it's on the order page.

Think boots online have them a bit cheaper at the moment.

I use timer switches connected to the wall socket (IKEA do 2 for 3 quid) to switch on the lamps in my bedroom about half an hour beofre the alarm goes off.

Seems to help getting up easier!!
