I took this offer up too,bought loads of 3 for 2 etc,parcel arrived & nail varnish had burst in box,sent back all ruined items,they replaced them no problems at all,even sent me extra items for free.....brill company imho......

Does anyone have an e-mail address for buycosmetics that actually works?
I bought 2 versace nail varnishes from them weeks ago, but only one came, and the other one hasn't arrived and I haven't been refunded either.

When I e-mail feedback@buycosmetics.com and complaints@buycosmetics.com I just get told my message is delayed, and a few days later it's cancelled.
