In pre BR mode at mo, my X left me some 4yrs ago, I get on fine with him. He is named on both a loan agreement and my current business lease, when I go BR, will they ask me where he is and will I be in trouble for not giving them his contact no.? He has no money or assets and would much rather he wasn't involved. How will he stand when I'm BR, will the creditors still hold him as liable?

If the loan agreement and business lease are going into your BR then they will want to know where he is, and he will, most likely be responsible for the amounts outstanding, certianly on the loan agreement if it was a joint loan.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0

I don't know exactly where he is, I only have his mobile number, he lives as a lodger somewhere about 20miles away, can they trace him? If they can't, will it affect my BR if the debt can't be cleared because of his involvement?0

It won't effect your BR, it just means they will chase him for the next 6 years, if they can find him!Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0

Oh dear, he's not going to be happy about that! That may well !!!!!! up my chances of going back on the road singing with him again! Well if I'm mean, I could say it's his comeuppance for leaving me with all the cr*p in the first place
S'pose I'll have to have an uncomfortable chat with him then, he's coming around today to pick up a mixing desk, eeyuck! _pale_
Perhaps I'll save it 'till Monday, don't want to ruin his weekend, really hate it when people give you bad news on a Friday.0 -
