I received the skinny jeans the other day and have to say I am dissappointed as one pair has a gaping hole in the back and therefore I am unable to tighten them up. Any idea if I just accept this or do I contact them?

I would contact them if I was you since it prevents you using them. You won't be able to assess them properly if they are faulty. They may send you another pair or just note it on your details so that you don't have to answer certain questions

This is the same on one of the pairs I have, its because they have cut the label out of the waistband on them. My daughter wont wear them because of it as they stick out at the back and look funny.
