I had this once before and i emailed them. They told me there was a problem and that they had updated my surveys to show it.
Just let them know 0 -

I said a little while back about not receiving any more trial for a while, well quick update i emailed a polite question and had a reply to say that i don't meet the criteria anymore going by my clubcard etc.
Well i had a look at my online account and noticed my clubcard does not match anymore.
I think what has happened is that whe i got a new updated clubcard i had not realised that the number had changed i also think this all happened around the same time my trials stopped coming.
It might be worth anyone else who has not had a trial for a long time to check the clubcard numbers held on your profile. :rolleyes:0 -

I currently testing the t-shirts Bras
1 came with label overstiched so unpicked just to be nosey and is Mark & Sparks
they are both excellent and very good fit
