Hmm, didn't know they could do that!! Guess the number of trials you get must be related to Tesco spends...

I haven't had a trial offered in months! My last one was the heel shields. I spend around £100-£150 a month which is quite low I guess.

when it was first set up I tried all sorts of stuff including 2 pairs of school shoes, but have not heard anything from them for over a year now. :mad:

This happened to me and I emailed them and my account had been inactivated for some reason but they have reactivated it now and I have had the cucumber Toner and Hand Serum to test.

I was part of their trials about 2 years ago. I did three I think (bleach, interdental floss brush and window cleaner). I tested the window cleaner on two windows side by side in my home, this way I could see the obvious difference. I logged the details from the survey as requested and had gone as far as taken written notes, rated everything even before I got the survey. Wise I thought.

However on getting the survey filled I had apparently logged the details in the wrong order. The details were correct but they were both logged within 5 minutes of each other on a sunday (ie everywhere closed).

I was told I was kicked out of the surveys as a result- despite my explaing what I had done, my apologies at my error and asking why what I had done was so very wrong.

I was then told after about a year I was back onto the surveys but for the past year didn't hear anything so I emailed again to ask and was told "sorry, you don't buy anything we are interested in testing". I live alone, I used to buy all of my stuff in Tescos and I shop there several times a week, I buy a bit of everything. I don't believe this is the reason at all but for all the trouble it seems to be causing I'll just drop it.

I do seem to be shopping more at Sainsburys now though as this had just left a bitter taste in my mouth.

I'd been ask to test some sort of furnatuire polish wipes but got an email the other day saying they were putting the trial on hold for now. Lastest things i have done are sanitary towels, surface cleaners, girls school polo tops and loads of toothpaste!

Looking forward to getting another trial soon hopefully!

The two bottles of foaming face wash have now arrived, to be tested for 2 weeks. If anyone else gets them please remember that the 2 bottles are not full to the top, there is only a sample of each product in them.;)
