Ive not had a trail for over 6 months now and i was getting them constantly, does anyone think if i email them it might help?

I've just completed my first product survey on the toothbrush. There's another one to follow next week, so it's a 2 part trial and survey. I got to the point in the survey where it said to click on Pause, and then I left it. Can someone advise me please if that's all I need to do for now, and then go back when the second trial has finished.

Definately email. I hadn't had a trial for awhile and when I emailed they said I'd been removed as I'd incorrectly put in a code for one trial I was doing but they allowed me to be reinstated as it was a 1 off
