    You get an email to say you've got a message and that email is the same as the message. You then have to log in to accept the trial

    i was late on 1 of my trials and never heard from them after if i was you i would e mail tham and come up with some explanation good luck :D

    Yes you must let them know if you can't complete it for any reason or they will take you off the list.

    I missed one when my internet connection went down so when it was back up again I emailed them and explained, and they were fine and said as I had let them know it would not affect me getting trials.

    I'm testing the Vitamin E Cleanser, which needs completing tonight, I've done the 1st sample questionnaire and I just wanted to check the 2nd sample is for code no. 222.
