I have just had a reply after emailing them yesterday because i havent had a trial for ages and wondered why!
    this is what they said

Feedback from Tesco customers is really important to help us provide the highest quality products to our customers and to do this our questionnaires must always be completed by the trial end date. Our records show that you didn't complete the Natural Furniture Polish on time therefore our system is no longer inviting you to take part in home trials.

Now i need to find out HOW to get back in their good books :rotfl:

I have been a member of the Tesco's Home Panel for over a year now and can count on one hand how many times I have been invited and taken part in trials!! I am reading with jealousy how many trials you all get asked to do and can't understand why I don't get any!!! I have always filled in the questionaires on time so I don't understand what I have done wrong. I have a family with three daughters and plenty of opportunity to test stuff but the last time I got an e-mail inviting me to a survey was in October when I got invited to do a Maternity and Baby products survey and my children are 12, 14 and 19 and I don't know anybody with any either so I didn't respond.
Please can anyone give me some tips on how to improve my chances of getting invited to trials?!!!
    Many thanks in advance....

panic over i now have both codes..thank you
  • You'd think that a company like Tesco would be organised enough to let you know whether you're doing well in their eyes and not leave us all wondering whether or not we're still part of the panel. I haven't had anything from them for ages and the two trials I have had were for dog food/biscuits!! Guess I'll just keep on waiting then.........................

just been offered 24 hour mouthwash - anyone else?
  • i emailed tesco as i had not had any trials for ages and they said

Tesco Home Panels has many members and as a result there can sometimes be long waiting periods between trial invitations. As we now recruit for almost all of our trials using Clubcard data, panellists will usually only be invited to trials if they buy the specific products we are testing, so it may be that recently we’ve just not been testing products you use.

Rest assured we do have all your details stored correctly on our system so you should hopefully you should here from us soon. Also make sure you keep checking your junk email folder to make sure any emails we do send out aren't overlooked.
  • I havent heard anything from them
  • I've just done a trial for bin bags - oooo excitement :)
