Maybe sales are down on that item, by sending you a sample to test they can pssibly find out why and make improvements.

Still not received my brush, it states on the website that the questionnaire ends tomorrow so won't be able to complete that.

Am getting a little concerned now that they might take me off the panel for not completing the questions. I have emailed them so will wait and see.

I still have not received mine so I just emailed them to let them know. I will be surprised if they kick you off for something that is not your fault, but then again who knows?! I have emailed them before because of a problem like this and they were fine.

Thanks Col67 you have put my mind at rest, I enjoy doing these trials and would hate to think that a tooth pick got the better of me..

Is anyone doing the washing powder with stain remover trial? Have you received your items to test yet? I'm just wondering if its just mine that are caught up in a mountain of post somewhere or if everyone is having the same problem.

I received mine today. Got 2 boxes - both marked "biological".

i haven't got my sample I have to tell tesco again tomorrow if it not arrive.

Hi, is anyone else not receiving their samples? I am waiting for THREE items, none of which have yet to arrive in the last 3 weeks! I don't know what is going on, I've never had problems like this before!

Postal strikes is whats happened, I have contacted Tesco that mine hasn't arrived they have extended the survey till end of the month. So if you haven't got the samples let them know

I haven't had anything for ages either, but going on my bank statement dated the 14th september arriving just last week, I assumed it was the unreliable postal service.
