just had my email asking me to update for December as well. having a problem with login though as the password they sent me wont work :-(

i had the exact same thing. i emailed them back and some nice lady emailed me back and advised what had happened and why i would have to wait till march. i asked her if there was any way i could be entered in to Nov at all and today i had an email saying i was being accepted and fill in my info. so try and email them back its worth a try

try not to copy and paste it in thats why mine would not work but i did it with out copy and pasting and it worked

I had an email with the following on

We’ve noticed that you’ve not filled in a Clubcard number on your home panels account. It is a requirement of Tesco Home Panels that you hold a valid Clubcard as this information is used to select panellists for trials, and without this we are unable to identify products relevant to you.

I am sure I did has anyone else had this?

Hi Folks - I also got my email today, I had almost given up on hearing from them. I updated my profile and added my Clubcard details so will hopefully be one of the succesful applicants.

Yes, I did a while ago. Have since had a few products to try and they are now coming much quicker! Have only just finished one and have already been selected to trial organic facial toner!
