I also got the email after applying months ago, I think they must just do it all every few months or once a year or something... I put my tesco clubcard number in but its a shared card so I dont know who's name its in, mine or my partner, so i just put my name, hope this doesn't go against me in any way if its in his name!! And really hope I get picked too, I love doing this stuff
