I would ask too though, there is no harm in asking. I have just emailed the lady from a comp I won as I have not received my magnum of champagne after 3 weeks although she said it would only be a week and a half. I got a nice reply back just stating that it is being shipped to me specially from France and should be here soon and just let her know if it doesnt arrive. I just mentioned that I was not being rude, just worried
