Bank error in our favour??????

morning all i received a call from my branch manager last night requesting my husband re sign his original loan, she stated that she had meade an error to the original claiming she had given cover (cnat remember now) and hadnt so does that mean anything ie is it now nul n void can they change the rates that were previously applied does he have to resign it?, are we still liable if the documents are wrong? sorry (hopefull!) i told my husband and he says tough ive signed the agreement and unfortunatly if they are incapable of signing the right box then its their problem (they havent been to helpfull with our financial situation of late,

1. You have failed to sign the credit agrement = YOU OWE THEM NOTHING
2. They have been ripping you off with PPI when you didnt sign for it. Demand a Full refund of any PPI + Intrest and if you need/want PPI shop around you can get it 30% cheaper elsewhere.0 -
Have you got the original agreement you signed?
Compare the new version with the old and see which is more favourable. Post the differences here if you want advice. Certainly get the bank to send you the new one rather than go into a branch to sign. You want plenty of time to think about it.
Can you get out of anything? Probably not. You might have a good point of argument to get a reduced interest rate but have a good look at both agreements first.
