    If it is acne, you're better off with a very gentle but thorough daily cleansing routine-the harsh treatments with cause your skin to be over-dry and it will then produce more oil.
    I would recommend a foaming wash cleanser, toner (possibly with oil absorbing particles in it) and a light moisturiser-2 times a day. Do not pick spots as it only spreads the bacteria and makes more spots.
    A good diet will help and lots of water. xx

    I have thought about a cleaner many times but just never got round to it....must do that next week...

    and i tell him to take more than a flying leap at least once every five minutes..
