DMP updating balances

Ive got a DMP with CCCS and just got a password for managing my DMP online as well. My balances for each creditor have changed slightly since a month ago, should I ring to tell them or should i do it myself online? Didnt know whether it was best to ring or if works just as well doing online myself.
any one do it on line?
thanks in advance

Hi
I'm on a dmp with CCCS and I think the balances update automatically online. I've not had to do anything. It might take a bit of time for it to update. Sometimes I've gone in a few days after payment and it's not been updated then gone in the next day and it has updated. Hope this makes sense!Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

Thankyou for the reply. I was meaning more the balances have gone up due to charges and interest etc. So do you think i should still just leave it for now as a payment is due to each creditor this month anyway. I didnt know whether they got a correct balance direct from creditor as well.
thanks for your help

Hi
Sorry, I've got mashed potato for brains tonight!
I'd leave it for a while. It often takes creditors a few months to accept and freeze interest. I've been on a dmp with CCCS since January and one of my creditors only froze interest a couple of months ago.
You will find it a bit of a battle to start with - just ride with it for a few months for it to settle.
Sorry if my tipping is a bit weird - somebody spilt some drink into my keyboard last night and I've got some sticky keys!Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free
