has anyone actually got their oven.
they've just sent me a £10 voucher instead, saying that due to popularity of the offer, they have run out of stock(or something like that).
i'm sure it would have been worth more than £10

I got mine about a week ago, but I doubt it would have been worth too much more than £10 as its a tiny thing, maybe toaster size?

I didn't get mine. They gave me a £10 voucher. I should have gotten the oven with my order but instead, they sent me an oven claim form (which took up a lot of time) and then had the nerve to try and charge me £2.95 postage since I wasn't placing a 2nd order. I sent them a free postage voucher and still didn't get the oven. Last time I will order anything from them.

I got a letter a couple of days ago saying that there was a delay due to 'the popularity of the order', and to expect the oven 'within 4 weeks'. They took the additional postage charge (for the oven as a 'second' order) out of my bank account about a week ago though.

this is a weird one that has cropped up again.



I was looking thru my Daxon account and noticed thet I had a £10 credit voucher down as an item replacement I had received for this.



I emailed them about using the paper voucher as I had lost it and they emailed back saying ovens now back in stock!?! low and behold it came today only 8 mths late!
