Standard Life Freestyle Tracker - Minimum rate?

I phoned SL but they didn't seem to know... Is there a minimum rate here? Because 3.75% seems VERY attractive (my deal is 0.75% above BoE base rate)!!! Am just concerned they won't be passing on the rate cut to me.
Also, if my mortgage rate is 3.75% then any savings account paying MORE than 4.69% is better than offsetting (I am a basic rate tax payer)? Correct?

I think you will find alot of banks have a limit on how low the rate will go ,you know the small print which says they can do what they like but if you miss a payment they will throw the book at you0
