Vet Bills Possible idea for saving

This whole money saving / getting out of debt / budgeting thing has made me think a lot more.

So i have been looking at my budget and area's i thought were not changeable and i came to my vet bills. After a discussion with a friend who now have to pay out a lot on medication for his dog we started to investigate if we could save on this and....

According to the rules your vet if asked has to give you a prescription and not the medication you are then free to take that prescription and buy online at a much cheaper price.

One site i found was https://www.vet2go.co.uk (note i have never used them just found them on google) has anyone done this? if so did you save much??

You are correct in what you say though I haven't tried to get medication yet.
