Over the past 17 years and remortgaging we have managed to aquire 5 different mortgage accounts, totalling 91361.90.
As of 31 Dec 2007 the accounts stood as follows
Does anyone know how to combine all the above sub accounts into one at one rate? and would it be in my interest to do so?
cheers

Ive edited my earlier post to make it clearer. Im just wondering if I would be able to combine all sub accounts into one mortgage and would it be beneficial. After the rate cut today I dont think it will have much impact on my mortgage repayments.0

Its upto you. Basically if you combine all of them together you want a better rate than 6.2%, at thats the 'average' as such as you are paying now.
If you can't get cheaper than that, leave it as it is. But if you do that, pay off the highest % first. If you can pay minimum payments on the 5.54% but overpay the 7.75% (which may go down soon after todays cut?) without penalty then go for that.0
