            Called in Chester store late afternoon, but had run out. Why do people have to be rude to the staff when the offer has run out. They are not to blame when such offers become so popular. The member of staff was quite upset and I really felt for her and for many others too. You win some........ As I was so polite she gave me some other chocolates. Thank you.
 In Reading they ran out almost as soon as the shop opened this morning. Wasted newspaper purchase and journey (OK, to be honest, I was going into Reading anyway to see the Terry Frost exhibition!).
 I can understand people being cross - but I agree that there is no excuse for rudeness. Not that the person I spoke to in the Reading shop was particularly upset - in fact she seemed to think the whole thing was rather amusing!0
