we would consider remortgageing we were just worried about the fees invloved? we have done it once before when we moved to AL but cant remember what the fees were then.
No i havent taken the offer, i have applied for cahoot which is a low rate. we dont really want to get a secured loan, we will see what cahoot says and if the rate jumps up i will fill out the further loans with A/L
