I have never seen one. I would e mail them again with details of your stuff and see what their response is especially if you have proof of purchase.
Good luck with it Kas, i have only been refused one transaction which hadn't tracked ( one of the free trials offers) I know others on here have put in tickets for it and waited months but got their money back.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

I had 2 transactions refused a year ago - costing me £70 in cashback total - both for opening savings accounts. One never tracked and one was declined but despite lots and lots of badgering, I got nowhere. The only good ting was no outlay for me initially.
