strange ndr - kays letter??

hi i owe kays 700 pound and since july have been paying token payments of 1.00 a month and it was passed to NDR.iam now in middle of setting up dmp with cccs.i have had the usual phone calls and letters asking for higher payments and arrears payments but ive always wrote back saying cannnot afford to do this, anyway have had letter today saying 'we have important information regarding your account please contact us during office hours'.just wondering if anyone had had one of these letters and what it meant?should i just ignore it until cccs contact them?thanks

Let cccs deal with them, however it could also be that they are prepared to negotiate a full and final settlement figure..hmm. I would still let cccs deal though unless you feel confident to tackle a phone conversation.

i will probably leave it with cccs i couldnt afford a f&f anyway and if i ring i always get talked into paying what i shouldnt anyway and being left with no money!im sure if it was something really important theyd include it in the letter.thanks for that
