Help Please

Hi all, well basicilly im in the poo, lost my job a couple month or so ago and now live on jsa and have my rent paid for me. I am in serious debt problems and think going bankrupt is the only option. I have no assets, where do i go to start the ball rolling. Will i still keep my same bank account for dd on mobile phone, internet etc, debts of 18k.

    The proffessional advice is important, but after going to 3 different places, I found this forum to have the best advice and info. Go to makesenseofcards.com to do your SOA, and post it on here. If you've no assetes, and are on JSA (or low income), then I'd advise BR. I went BR yesterday, and its been a positive experience for me.
