I am not really too sure what to call this thread so i just need someones help..
In june, i went to New ID (I have posted about it on here previously) After many attempts to get my photos which i still havent received since june, i took them to court (through money claim) this week.
Suprise suprise i finally get a response, my photos were sent to me, but were sent back to them apparently so they are sending them out today. Well apart from the fact that i dont believe a word they say, they would have only been returned if they had my address wrong, so how can they send them out again as they havent asked me to comfirm details?! And why hadnt anyone told me in the 4 months i have been chasing them?!
But anyway, i dont really want the photos, i just want my money back. I didnt want the photos in the first place but was kept in the office for hours (and i mean at least 2 or 3) until i agreed to buy X amount of photos just to get out of there!
They are obviously only responding because of the court claim, so is there anything i can do so that i receive a refund and not the photos? Or just wait and hope they dont deliver them in time for the court claim to end (10 days)
Surely they would have to prove they posted them the first time?
