    for remortgages/ new mortgages it will make absolutely no difference , the lenders will just change their differencial from boe accordingly. the only people this will help are those on a tracker rate. abbey for one are not amending their svr and i am sure others will do the same.

    Wow! I suspect the phones will be red hot for the remaining trackers on offer at today's rates, as they're going to quickly change I suspect.

    bet the banks don't pass on on for the trackers...they'll raise the rate on them...!!!!!!!s.

    HSBC don't have floor limit, Nationwide & Halifax do.
