Scottish Widows Credit Card address?

Hello..ive been trying to make a offer of full/final re this credit card but seem to have a problem over the right address.

Ive tried one in Brighton and never had a reply and then twice sent letters to an office in Birmingham and on both occasions they treated my letter as a complaint..and said they would get back to me..of course they havent.

Does anyone have any other ideas?

As far as i'm aware Widows don't offer credit cards, do they?

Lloyds TSB have a complaints dept in Birmingham - very very slow at responding though.

What exactly is it that you are trying to get?

yep SW do..i hav one..and no i dont want to complain and yet they read my offer of F/F as one..sigh

Scottish Widows is a subsidiary of Lloyds TSB and I would be fairly certain that a SW credit card would be operated by LTSB. I would call these numbers to ask where you should send a formal letter regarding your credit card.

You should also be able to get Head Office addresses from the 2 websites.
