remote for my freeview box?

Ds2 has wrecked the remote by drooling into it (yuk - i know GROSS!)
Tried drying it out on the radiator. No luck. Can u get them in richer sounds, as theres one near me, or else wheres the cheapest. Do not want an 'all in one' remote.

Maplins seem to have a remote for all sorts of uses - https://www.maplin.co.uk, search for remotes. btw, what's wrong with an all-in-one? Apparently the pound shops have them - we never managed to get them to talk to any of our stuff!

because if you have an all in one and you use it you have lost 'all in one'

Take the batteries out and put the unit in the airing cupboard for a couple of days. Then put new batteries in after checking the contacts are clean. Should work.

Give Windym's suggestion a try it should work.

I have cleaned keyboards in the dishwasher before now and
dried them off for some days and they worked fine.

Dont try it with detergent though
