What are the chances of getting my money back ?

Evening everyone
Last friday it was payday for me and i had a automated (i know they arent the best thing to have) payment set up with alliance and leicester for £61 to pay the interest from my credit card,Payday came and the money was taken out of my bank and shows up on my online statement
Today a call centre representative called and told me that my payment had been declined and could i pay again which i duly did as i did not want to be behind on my payments
Tonight i was checking my online banking and can see that two payments have been taken out, one on the friday and one today for the same amount,I called up the call centre who told me that they could only see one payment,After some digging they have come to the conclusion that the gentleman that set up my automated payment allocated it to someone elses account possibly
I told them that i could not afford to make two lots of payments of £61 which leaves me short for other debt commitments
Should they be refunding this money to me?, they have said they will look into it and call me back once they have located my £61
i am very angry, and actually pleased with my internet banking otherwise it may have gone un noticed

Hi mate,
I use internet banking everyday to cheack on my account.. You never know what going to go out that should not be!!!!!!
Anyway.
As it was the cards company fault that you ended up paying twice i would have thourt that thay will give you your maony back.
But this could take upto 5 days to be put back into your accout. But when you speak to them do ask how long it will take so you know.
All the best mate:jYou can have everything you wont in lfe, If you only help enough other people to get what they wont.:j0 -
