Looking for Beauty Salon in Belfast for 10yr olds treat!

Would like to treat my 10 yr old to a manicure or something similar - anyone recommend a good friendly but pampering salon for us to use?! Belfast or East Belfast preferred - thankyou!
Feel free to thank me, it makes my toes tingle and my ears go warm :T

i passed this one today...tried to remeber the phone number to post on here but was driving at the time.......
  • Awww,lovely!

If you can make it as far as Bangor, there is a kids salon that does little girls pamper treats like nails hair and make-up (they do stuff for boys aswell!).
I cant remember the name but it is all decorated ect for kids and is in the flagship centre, right in the middle of the town, close to the bus and train station.
Perhaps if you phoned the flagship they could give you the number to enquire-and it must be quite affordable as i walked passed and thought to myself oh might take them there sometime( if the prices hadve been silly i wouldnt even have considered it,lol.)

  • Another vote for wikkid in Dundonald, was in there one day with DS getting his hair cut and there was 2 girls getting their nails done, looked like they were having a fabulous time!
tying hard to cut down grocery shop bill...
  • I take my daughter to Ned & Ruby's in Hillsborough. The owner, Robyn, is very nice indeed. Not that expensive and also do nails/makeup etc.

Might be a bit pricey but can recommend Beauty Culture in Ballyhackamore, think they do a 'princess pamper' package or just ring and book and let them know it's for you daughter.
If you can get Catherine shes great and has kids of her own too.
  • Thankyou for all your suggestions above - in the end I was in town so went to the place in Castlecourt which was lovely and they did a good job, but I think I might try one of the kiddie focussed ones for a voucher for Christmas now she has got the taste for perfect talons!!
Feel free to thank me, it makes my toes tingle and my ears go warm :T
