First I'll start with an apology...I've never posted on this board and hope I'm in the right place.
I followed the advice on this site and registered with experian to check out my credit rating for free, which I'm happy to say was OK. Martin suggested immediately cancelling your account so as not to pay the monthly fee.
My question is simply how do I cancel the account? Do I send an email? Sorry, it's probably very basic for this site but my techy ability is, I admit, somewaht limited...as you have probably already guessed.
I thank you in advance for your patience.

You have to Call them and cancel, when you have done using them for what you need to see.
Hope that helps
