Sorry, don't know the answer other than to say it's certainly not likely to be Baxters - judging by the Tesco soups I've had - gone back to making my own or buying Baxtersworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0

I no longer buy any, too easy to make loads of good soup at home and freeze.

I agree nothing better than making your own soup, the supermarket ones just can't compete with it. Tastes better and costs less because of the sheer amount you can make!0 -
Next time you go to eat Baxters soups look at the list of ingredients. It has many additives like MSG that you would not expect to find in "quality products" their beetroot has artificial sweetner.0

Actually, if you go on a trip around the Baxter's factory at Fochabers on Speyside, you'll find that they do indeed make soup, and jams, chutney, cook-in-sauces etc for many supermarkets, just to a different recipe, (or so they say!)
As far as making soup goes, give it a bash, seriously. It's so easy and cheap you'll wonder why you never tried it before! Added bonus is you know exactly what's in there too. Freeze any excess and make your work-mates dead jealous when you bung it in the microwave for warming winter lunches.
Gets loads of brownie points with Mr Grannybiker who imagines I've been slaving in the kitchen all morning like good housewife instead of practising the art of procrastination / idling away time! :rotfl:Worse things will have happened in the world today..."The only thing that really matters, it to love and to be loved."0
