Thx,
I have not given up hope but was on a high when I thought was half way only to realise that the £11.5 in interest had to be added has really got me down last couple of days. Will prob add another couple of years to me being debt free if cant get anything done with interest
cheers

Though I am with Payplan I have found that I have to deal with my creditors more than they do which can be a nag at times.
However by having contact with the creditors direct I am able to ask the questions regarding interest. I am hoping that Lloyds will put me on a BLS as I have heard they are good. Is this something you can request direct and if so what do I need to do in order for this to happen?
Thanks0 -

Hi,
e-mailed Payplan again this morning and they sent me back a letter which was sent to Lloyds on 17/10 requesting interest be frozen on both loans. We have not heard anything back from Lloyds and when I pnoned them yesterday they said interest was still being applied to my loan so I am not sure if they have refused to freeze interest or have not got round to dealing with my request.
Can I ask what is a BLS ?0 -

At last a bit of good news, on a tracker mortgage so should be another £75 a month to help pay of debts:j
Can anyone tell me what BLS stands for ?
cheers

Certainly good news for mortgages with the interest rate cut. I shall be a few quid better off each month. Trouble is though, I probably won't see any of it with the rise in fuel prices. Oh, how happy am I...???!!!
Sorry have no idea what a BLS is...have no dealings with Lloyds.
I do suggest that you write to your creditors with the letter from the National Debtline website as I've had some success with it.Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free
