Still heard nothing about this... I have rung them twice and the second time the guy said that he would ask someone to look into it for me. Its an american call centre and the quality of the calls are awful, plus only open between 9 and 5 so it makes it impossible to sort during the day, thinking of writing them a letter enclosing the email and seeing if that works.0
