Tights help please for tall and large lady

I'm looking for some advice on the best place to buy tights preferably opaque. I'm 5ft 11 and a dress size 24. I can find tights the right length or tights that fit body size but Im struggling to get both.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

  • Evans do a large size in tights. They are really good and last.

Hiya, I've found that Debenhams do some good ones - particularly the ones which are meant to support tired legs i even favoured them when i was pregnant as they didn't do the falling down between your legs thing. They are generously sized and certainly i've found the leg length great - better than M&S (i'm 5ft 11 and cuddly too). HTH

  • Hi there,
Just to let you know I use a good shop on ebay and im 5 ft 8 and a big girl.lol.
    its called www.eplussizeclothes.com.
If you use ebay just search "plus size tights "and they, and other companies are on there.
    Hope this helped.

I'm 5'10 and about the same size as you and the only tights I've found that were good enough for me were from Evans. :)

I buy the pretty polly ones -not the cheaper everyday ones-but the ones at £1.95 a pack, they are really good, and I must say a bit better after they have been washed once.
