Has anyone sent complaints to the FOS, Trading Standards and OFT??

This my sound silly but what do you actually send them.
I assume a covering letter detailing the greivances you have but do you also send copies of letters from creditors.

I will be sending complaints regarding 1st Credit Ltd. I'm sure i won't be the first(or last).

I actually have - concerning 1st Credit strangely enough!

FOS were worse than useless and said it was perfectly acceptable for them to make illegal threats and incite fraud. However, they did admit that their conduct had been 'unacceptable' - the account has been on hold since January pending enforcement when 'a copy of the original agreement becomes available' (they will be waiting a while then - they've already shot themselves in the foot by admitting there isnt actually one)
But with the FOS send copies of everything at the initial complaint stage, but with the others dont send anything unless they ask for it.
TS were useless too - they didnt even bother looking into it...
But OFT were quite good - they will file your complaint and may use it as part of a 'fitness to hold consumer credit licence investigation...'
