Wednesday is the day

Well after many delays in my BR, i am finally doing it tomorrow at 10:30am, all going well.

Im a bit worried about not having an IVA failure notice, but i do have a letter from them stating in no uncertain terms they will be terminating the IVA ,so could be ok on that if they ask.

How did other BR's take the forms in? Its like 35 pages long, need some sort of nuclear stapler for that. Ill just take them as they are.

Lets hope i get a friendly clerk and leave the place with a great smile. Ill post on here how i got on and what it was like after.

    Good luck. :)

If all else fails, I reckon most courts have an ultra heavy-duty stapler. ;)

So yeah, it all went pretty well. Im now in the BR club, woohoo!!

I turned up 10minutes early and was told by the clerk that my name wasnt even down on the list. Not a problem though, she had a pen. Took a seat and waited for about 45minutes until i went through for a nice lady to check over my forms, make me swear on the bible and to take the fee. After this i went back to the waiting room to wait on the judge. Only another 10 or 20 mins and i was called in, where after some deliberation over my IVA he said he was makiing a BR order for me...result!
Went into a little room and waited for the phone to ring, spoke to the OR briefly (5mins max) and went on my merry way feeling pretty content with myself. Just waiting for the OR telephone interview now.

When people on here say it is nothing to worry about, they mean it. Good luck to everyone reading this waiting to go BR, its well worth it. Ill be sure to keep checking this forum to offer advice on what i know.

Thanks to all. Its a happy day.
