Sounds complicated. What have you got personal guarantees against?? Can you not just resign as director?? and role the debt from the personal guarantees into your br once company wound down???

I'm a personal guarantor for the business overdraft and I did look into simply resigning and rolling my half up into the BR, but because my partner and I are joint and severally liable, they'd simply load it all onto him, hence the attempt to reduce the overdraft as far as possible.
