Hi there,
Does anyone over-pay on a Mortgage Express Self Cert Mortgage?
I would like to overpay variable amounts as and when.
Looking at the website, it looks like I can only complete a 'Choices' form and overpay a set amount every month. Does anyone know any different?

    If you are in a tie in period there will be a limit on how much you can overpay.

    Best place to check is your original mortgage offer.
    I think Choices allows you to overpay a certain amount each calendar month without penalty

    Yes, I can overpay up to £500 per month penalty free but I would like to overpay £100 one month, £50 next month, £100 the following month ect. It doesn't look like I can. I will phone them tomorrow.
