    If you go with the longer version, you should get a shorter interview as you've explained everything fully.

    But, some people find the whole interview process as being carthetic (sp?) and that going through it all with somebody who's a stanger and doesn't know them personally can help them.

    So like you, I'm torn between the 2 versions.

    For the people who chose to write a sentance or 2, turn it into paragraphs. I've interviewed quite a few people who, if they had put a bit more detail in their reasons, I wouldn't have bothered interviewing

    With the advice from JCS1, I think I'd tend to go for the long version - it may save you from an interview.

    Hi Don,

    I would go with the shortest version; it's still a very detailed and honest account, and as JCS has commented it may well make a phone interview that much shorter.

    A few pounds on the lottery isn't classed as gambling.
